Dave Long has over 25 years experience in the Kern County Real Estate Industry.  He has been involved in all types of real estate transactions including Residential, Commercial / Industrial Sales, Commercial / Industrial Leasing, Agriculture, Residential Development, Commercial / Industrial Development, Business Opportunities, Residential Income, Investment and Exchanges.  He specializes in Commercial / Industrial Sales and Lease and can service all your real estate needs.

Dave started in Real Estate in 1986 and after several successful years decided to branch out into the private sector and start his own equipment company.  While running his equipment company he still kept very much up to date on the real estate industry, assisting family and friends with their real estate needs.  Dave was honored as a member of the Circle of Excellence for Watson Realty.  This Honor means that Dave is in the top 15% of Real Estate sales volume in the Nation.  Professionalism and Honesty are his mantra.
